My career spans customer service and sales across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, dot-com, insurance, and telecom, where I held management and director roles, overseeing teams of up to 100 representatives across multiple locations.

Specializing in troubleshooting, creative resolution, and problem-solving, I bring a strategic mindset to every transaction.
